Shipping & Tracking

All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Most items are in stock and ready to ship unless specified different. The standard processing time is of 1 to 2 business days, please allow up to this time for your order to be shipped. Orders usually ship next day if order is placed and payment confirmed before 8:00 PM CST. A tracking number and delivery information will be sent to your e-mail address upon submitting your order. In the event a product is out of stock, we'll notify you along with an ETA, and your order will be placed on hold. 

All shipping is normally handled via DHL Worldwide Express. Please be aware we will NOT ship to Countries where regulations prohibit the entrance of this industry-specific products. While we rarely face loss situations, in the event of any we may not be held responsible for loss items. All liquid orders are being shipped via FedEx International Economy for the time being.
